Production Capabilities - Wood Working

We produce a very wide variety of products in various hardwoods like Teak, Mango, Neem etc. We largely use reclaimed wood specially in teak to ensure that our products are environment friendly.

Our wood working machines include the following :

1.		Cross cut and circular saws
2.		Planners and thicknessers
3.		Mortisers and tennoning machines
4.		Jigsaws and bandsaws
5.		Spindle moulders
6.		Wide belt sanders
7.		Wood turning machines

We have a good team of hand carvers and carpenters to produce high quality products as per specifications. Our team of 50 can be ramped up very quickly as we have the infrastructure and capacities to undertake small and personalized orders to larger project work.

We also have a finishing team to give the products various finishes from highly sanded finish to clear indoor and outdoor water based lacquers to specialized antique distressed finishes.

Production Capabilities -Stone Working

We have very good stone working capabilities and work primarily on natural sandstone although we can work with marble as well. We mostly use beige coloured but also have access to white and pink coloured sandstone as well. Apart from hand carvers, we also use the following machines/equipment:

1.		Turning machines of various capacities to turn up to 4 feet dia.
2.		Drilling machines to drill holes up to 4” dia
3.		Band Saws to cut big blocks
4.		Circular saws with 4ft dia blade
5.		Overhead cranes for smooth and quick movement of stone blocks

We have master craftsmen to hand carve products as per design and size specification. Our team of 50 can be ramped up very quickly as we have the infrastructure and capacities to undertake small and personalized orders to larger project work.

Our reproduction products are such good replicas of the originals in terms of proportions and looks that many terms them as “antiques of tomorrow” and add to the value of the property.

Production Capabilities - Metal Fabrication

We have facilities to fabricate a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals like steel, brass, copper and alluminium. Although a majority of our work is hand done, we also use the following machines/equipment:

1.		Electric welding
2.		TIG welding
3.		Gas welding and brazing
4.		Cutting, bending and press working machines and fixtures
5.		Lathes for turning
6.		Grinders, buffing and sanding machines
7.		Hand forging set-up

We have experienced welders and sheet metal workers to fabricate products as per specification. We also have specialized hand forgers to produce some of the finest quality ironmongery in the early English and American styles. Many of our products are sweated and riveted making them authentic reproductions. Our team of 25 can be ramped up very quickly as we have the infrastructure and capacities to undertake small and personalized orders to larger project work.

We can do standard spray painted finishes in-house and have associated powder coating facilities apart from specialized antique patina finishes.

Production Capabilities - Metal Casting

Our ranges of products include cast iron, cast brass and cast alluminium items. We do not have in-house casting but work closely with associated foundries who cast our requirements from our own patterns making our products unique to ourselves.

We have in-house patterns designing and pattern making capabilities which allow us to produce for you any product as per your requirement and design. We have a good team to finish all the castings and do subsequent fabrication, machining and finishing.

We can finish all cast items in any spray paint or antique patina finish and work with associated powder coating facilities for giving powder coated finish.
